The last picture shows the two components of the car seat. The device below remains in the car, securely fixed by the horizontal safety belt. Just lower the seat, and it clicks itself tied and secure into the attachment block. The block has been invented by Peg Perego, to reduce the chance of misplacement. With this attachment block, it is almost impossible to make an error with guiding the safety belts around the car seat. On arrival, the block remains in the car. For attachment to bicycles, Babybike developed an alternative secure click system.
